We believe that Haitians can feed Haiti. Core to the HFSA, are strategic partnerships with health and education organizations that feed thousands of vulnerable Haitians, every day.

Building on past partnerships and years of successful feeding initiatives, the Alliance includes the following three (3) strategic feeding partners.

Model School Network (MSN)

Model School Network’s mission is to improve the life outcomes for children in the Central Plateau through a sustainable, multi-layered, data-driven, and effective government and civil society partnership model for the Haitian educational system.

Health Equity International (HEI)

Health Equity International provides essential health services to the people of southern Haiti, especially the most vulnerable.

Zanmi Lasante (Partners in Health)

Zanmi Lasante (ZL), a sister organization to Partners In Health in Haiti, was founded in the early 1980s to respond to these health needs in the rural community of Cange and has since expanded to a network of 15 clinics and hospitals across the Central Plateau and lower Artibonite, two of the country’s most underprivileged and remote regions.
