Impact In The Next Five Years

As Haiti’s leading food systems field catalyst, the HFSA will lead the charge to build a sustainable, resilient, prosperous and equitable agriculture sector in Haiti. Over the coming five years, the HFSA will:

Improve the production and livelihoods of over 100,000 farmers.
Transition tens of thousands of hectares of smallholder production to regenerative agriculture.
Cultivate, connect and grow hundreds of community organizations, small and medium enterprises and women-owned and lead organizations working across food systems.
Drive increased investment into food systems in Haiti and diversify funding sources and types.
Decrease dependency on foreign food imports through increased local production and improved local supply chains.
